The acceptance of order is subject to the availability of products and delivery location.
The order might be canceled after assessing the circumstances and after communication with the customer.
In such cases, amount paid by the customer is fully refunded to the original payment method.
The delivery representative will try to get in touch with the customer at the time of delivery. In any case, if the customer fails to connect with the delivery representative, the consignment will be returned to the company.
A second attempt at delivery will only be made as per the customer's request.
No refunds will be made in case the customer remains unresponsive after the first and/or second failed delivery attempt.
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of returned consignment at our warehouse.
Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 8-10 working days.
